This summer Charlotte was lucky enough to meet some of the stateside sewing crew when on holiday in NYC  this summer - one of whom was Workroom Social's lovely founder, Jennifer. She was not only wearing a pretty, graphic Elisalex Dress (and since made another scrummy chambray version - is it just us or is this stuff having a real moment??), but also talked about wanting to teach the Elisalex Dress at her sunny Brooklyn studio. And, she's only gone and set it all up!

 On November 2nd to 3rd she will be holding a Weekend Dressmaking Intensive, where you will make a beautifully finished Elisalex Dress. Along the way you'll learn lots of techniques that are a little different than the usual traditional home sewing fare, with an emphasis on utilising industry techniques (oohhlala!).
