Bust
Circumference around your ribcage at the fullest part of your bust. This is usually nipple height.
Waist
This can be a little confusing because a lot of people don’t actually know where their natural waist is. It is not always the smallest part of your torso if you don’t happen to have an hourglass shape. Your waist is located halfway between the end of your ribs and the top of your hip bones.
Hips
The hip measurement is not literally taken from around your hip bones, rather, the hip measurement indicates the fullest part around your bottom.

Organise your collection of patterns in a neat and accessible way with the spec sheet - pop your pattern pieces inside a large letter envelope and stick the spec sheet to the front. There's space for you to fill in all the pattern details, keep track of any alterations you made and sketch out the line drawing so you'll always know which pattern belongs where.

Fabric Stash log
Hands up who has more fabric bursting out of every spare nook and cranny than they can keep track of! Use the fabric stash log to add in a swatch of all the fabrics you have, complete with space to detail the yardage and fabric composition.

We want to cater for as many of you as possible, so our Sewing Planner comes with six different body type options! This croquis selection comes within the project planner and spec sheet, as well as on separate sheets in three different layouts for general sketching.

Because this is a PDF download you can buy it once and reprint forever! It also means that making mistakes is no big deal, just print off another copy and start over. We love printing out the individual croquis' and sticking them in our bullet journal to plan our seasonal handmade wardrobes :)
