Measuring
Bust
Circumference around your ribcage at the fullest part of your bust. This is usually nipple height.
Waist
This can be a little confusing because a lot of people don’t actually know where their natural waist is. It is not always the smallest part of your torso if you don’t happen to have an hourglass shape. Your waist is located halfway between the end of your ribs and the top of your hip bones.
Hips
The hip measurement is not literally taken from around your hip bones, rather, the hip measurement indicates the fullest part around your bottom.

THE LEO PINAFORE DRESS EXPANSION
This bonus variation of the Leo Dungarees pattern is all you’ll want to wear on hot Summer days! The Leo expansion is a loose and swishy pinafore dress that can be cut to any length you like. Wear over T-shirts and tank tops, or a button-down shirt tied in front. With endless scope for hacking and customisation, this pattern is sure to be the foundation for many a favourite make!
Please note, in order to make this pattern, you will also need the Leo Dungarees pattern. From the drop down menu above, you can choose to purchase either the Leo dungarees + expansion as a bundle OR just the expansion (if you already have the Leo Dungarees). Leo's sizing is a little different to most of our other patterns in that there is no shaping at the bust, meaning that we were able to grade the pattern straight from a UK 6-34 without the need for two different size bands!
